Yoga for Anxiety is a gentle somatic infused, body-based approach to calming the nervous system

Anxiety doesn’t just live in the mind, it moves through the body.

This class is designed to help you slow things down, reconnect with your breath, and create a sense of safety within your body, without needing to “push through” or perform.

Through slow, supportive movement, guided breathwork, and simple awareness practices, we’ll work with the nervous system to shift out of that constant “on edge” feeling and into something more steady and grounded.

This isn’t about doing yoga perfectly. It’s about:

  • Learning how your body responds to stress

  • Giving your system space to settle

  • Building tools you can use in everyday life when anxiety shows up
