Womb, Heart & Pelvic Connection
A 3-hour guided experience in yoga, education, and sound
There’s a part of the body many women learn to ignore, override, or push through.
This workshop is a gentle space to reconnect with it.
Through a blend of guided movement, simple anatomy education, breath, and sound, we’ll explore the connection between the pelvis, womb space, and heart, and how the body holds and processes emotion.
You’ll be guided through:
A grounded, accessible yoga practice focused on the hips and pelvic space
A simple, easy-to-understand look at how the body and nervous system store tension
Gentle practices for emotional expression (always optional and self-led)
A closing sound experience to support integration
No experience is needed.
You won’t be asked to share or do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
This is a small group to keep the space personal, confidential, supported, and calm.
You’ve been feeling disconnected from your body
You hold tension in your hips or lower body
You want a more grounded, body-based approach to emotional release
