Hello I’m Sarah!

I’ve been on the spiritual path since I was a young girl. I grew up hearing stories and singing songs of old Celtic & English folklore from my English Great Auntie and Grandma. I learned about the magical and mystical fairies & brownies from my Mother. My upbringing was rooted in the mystical knowing and unseen realms.

My journey in the church was like many, an Alter Girl (aka Alter Boy) at our small rural church, Sunday School and Communion prior to that.

Around the age of 12 much to my mothers dismay, I began asking tough challenging questions. Queries about the structure and belief system surrounding organized religion we were apart of. Today I am very grateful for that upbringing for it lead the way to learning and tapping into the spirit of the Goddesses & Energies I call upon today during healings.

Coincidently around the time I began curating my own beliefs I was introduced to my first mentor. Upon this meeting he laid in my hands dowsing rods and introduced me to the power of crystals. Being the little skeptic I was I needed proof of their powers. I was granted all the evidence I needed when my father validated a decreased hydro bill and a more settled home. Little did I know at the time, that experience would be the roots to my own spiritual healing journey.

As I got older and moved through trivial teenage things, I began to get sick. I had forgotten the path of the healer. Betraying myself, my intuition, my abilities I became so sick I could no longer work, walk, or lay down without being in unbearable pain. Insomnia hit and my muscles failed, doctors mumbling diagnosis’ of MS.

As I began to heal my body with Alternative Medicines years after onset began I found I could no longer block out those parts of me which I once dis-owned.

I found myself on the yoga mat, which lead to me completing my Reiki Certifications, and Psychic Sciences courses, learning from renound teacher Kelly Elson (The Awakenings Group). From there as I began looking for a community that aligned with my soul & spirit, one that could validate there were others like me.

I found them at Kripalu through my next teacher and mentor Ray Crist (The Jaguar Path). Through a massively aligned shift in the universe I found myself in my Shamanic & Yoga Teacher Training and among some of the most amazingly talented healers, initiatives, and teachers, that still to this day have ever encountered.

Today my Healing & Workshop Sessions take part virtually, in my home office, on the yoga mat and during majestic retreats. A healing with me focuses on reducing the flight, fight, fawn and freeze response in clients while stabilizing the Central and Parasympathetic Nervous system. These elements come together to amplify healing and well-being to the next level.

As a life long learner I continue to grow, heal and expand my practice. I currently am completing Sound Therapy Sound Healing Accredited Practitioner Training while simultaneously learning the art of Indian Head, Hand & Foot Massage.
